Sam started Aida Networks in 2009 to service the small & medium business market in Rochester New York. Sam is keenly focused on customer service and enjoys building lasting and mutually beneficial relationships with customers. He has been in IT for just under 20 years and has grown through the IT ranks from HelpDesk, Test Engineer, Systems Engineer, Director of IT to Consultant / CIO. Sam is unique in that he understands all the business elements within an organization and excels at putting the best technology in place to support each department’s contributions to the organization as a whole. Sam enjoys learning and is active in continuing his education with both his business skills and technical skills.

Eric joined Aida Networks after founding a successful web design company several years earlier. Eric manages Web Design and Applications Development projects. He has a background as a software developer since 1997. Eric's unique blend of technical, creative, and problem solving skills allow him to adapt to each project. Listening to and working closely with clients, and then delivering a successful solution is something Eric enjoys and takes pride in.
